Each day as the night claims our continent
We say we should write about nothing important
Just to see how you are and what you are doing,
even if you think the things you do might seem boring.
But there is always a reason to delay
So we put writing off just one more day.
Days become weeks and weeks become months
As we put so many things off so we rest in our bunks.
Though we may not write as much as we would like,
Always remember you have friends, though sometimes just out of sight.
