What if all you got was Bubble Gum for Christmas? Would you be happy?

As for me I would love to get a piece of bubble gum, or even nothing, for Christmas from a friend or family member. For to me there is no greater gift than being able to laugh and share the warmth of the love we feel for each other in our hearts.

Why is it everyone worries about what they are giving or going to get on this special day? Are we really so shallow as to place the material side of Christmas above the real reason we have a day which many years ago was called Christ's Mass.

Perhaps just, perhaps what we should do instead of doing all the things that cause the stress and hassles that drive so many good people to doing very cruel things during what is suppose to be a season of Peace, Love and forgiveness; Maybe what we should do instead of following what the demons have convinced so many to do; Perhaps what we should do for the holiday is to have simple family times no special dinners, no gift exchanging nothing that we wouldn't do the rest of the year other than to give our family and friends a hug and tell them how much we appreciate them being in our lives. For we never know when a day may come that the person is no longer with us.

Though mostly it should be a season to get together with friends and family to thank Our Creator for everything, even the simplest things He has given and done for us.

Just something to think about.
